The majority of our efforts involve personal sacrifices in helping others with marginal regard for focusing on our own happiness. Discover how to put yourself back on the priority list. It can be done.

Main speaker: Jean Tully

She understands the complex process of change from her own personal experiences. Jean replaces clinical babble with pragmatic solutions to attain a rewarding life.
