Part 3 - Nutrition: The Baseline of our Performance
Have you ever wondered why you may be feeling exhausted and lifeless throughout the day? Our energy is dependent on a proper fueling strategy that subsidizes our daily activity. It is essential that you adopt an eating regimen that is both satisfying and attainable. There is no silver bullet. Explore different types of plans along with the benefits of physical activity that facilitate consistent stamina with the desired results.
Come prepared to learn and participate in some exercise moves followed by light snacks and food demonstration.
